To protect product quality and ensure timely delivery, customers must be available to receive their order upon the delivery driver's arrival. Delivery drivers may wait up to 5 minutes. If the order cannot be delivered within that time, additional charges may be incurred.
Cakes for catering do not come in their own boxes; they are arranged in packs of six; one flavor per pack.
Someone must be present to receive the order. Once received, the customer is responsible for proper storage to preserve freshness and quality.
Storage and serving instructions are provided.
Delivery fees do not include waiting time. Additional fees may apply if the courier is required to wait longer than 5 minutes.
